Filip Medic
Chief Philanthropy Officer
Based in Washington, D.C., Filip Medic is the chief philanthropy officer at OCCRP. He joined OCCRP as the director of individual giving in 2022.
Previously, he led business development at the Center for European Policy Analysis, where he secured resources for the Center’s work on democracy, digital technology, security, and defense. Prior to that, Filip worked on leadership development for the German Marshall Fund of the United States, preparing leaders across sectors for transnational collaboration. He started his career in civil society as a grantmaker for the Balkan Trust for Democracy. He also worked in film and television production for Red Art Workshop, a media company based in Belgrade.
Filip holds a degree in history and politics from the University of Adelaide in Australia.
