Registered in 2007, Intradecom has an office in a block of flats in Sluzew, a Warsaw business center. The company has no advertisements or signs on its doors and only a rudimentary website.

Intradecom received the equivalent of $3,096,143 from Seabon Ltd. and Tottenham Management, Laundromat companies, in 2013. The purpose of the transactions was listed as "construction equipment" and "building equipment.”

Based on their accents, their names, and an interview with a renter, both of the company's owners, Oleg and Svetlana Łucewicz, appear to be of Russian or Ukrainian origin, though they hold Polish citizenship. They refused to confirm any of the transfers and refused to be interviewed.
