Lipovaca was arrested Dec. 17, the same day as Alen Gluhalic, the director of the construction company Agra. The pair are accused of forging documents to financially benefit Agra, which is based in the Bosnian city of Bihac, when Lipovaca was the mayor of that municipality.

Police said Lipovaca was taken into custody at his family home in Bihac. Elsewhere in the city, raids took place in several locations including the Cantonal Government building. The investigation is ongoing.

Lipovaca is a member of the Party of SocialDemocrats (SDP), and was elected mayor of Bihac municipality in 2004. He became Prime Minister of USK in 2010.
