On Wednesday, Russian human rights activists in Moscow called on Prime Minister Mark Rutte to uphold Dutch ethical norms in doing business with Russia. Mr Rutte is on a three-day visit to Moscow and St Petersburg. The Dutch prime minister is being accompanied by a large business delegation.
