A 20 day operation in Northeastern Mexico by the Mexican Army, employing more than 4,000 soldiers, 722 vehicles and 23 aircrafts, led to the arrest of roughly 200 suspected members of organized crime, and the freeing of 12 alleged kidnapping victims.
