Mark Nightingale

Based in Germany, Mark Nightingale is chief product officer. He oversees OCCRP’s digital products, including the website, Aleph, and the Accomplice program.

Mark joined OCCRP in 2020 as head of web. Previously, he ran his own business as a multilingual web consultant and developer, specializing in designing, developing, and deploying web solutions for organizations around the world, with a focus on international growth strategy and product localization. He has a master’s degree in multilingual website management from the University of Strasbourg, France, where he is also a guest lecturer in web development, strategy, and project management.

He is active in several nonprofit ventures, notably launching and managing a coworking space in Strasbourg.
