The chairman of Ukraine’s parliament, Dmytro Razumkov, on Mondaysigned a bill to reimpose sanctions on officials who declare misleading details on their assets, after the parliament, the Verkhovna Rada,overturned an earlier ruling of the country’s Constitutional Court last week.
