Marcelo Dos Santos Cipriano received $49,200 from Hilux Services in August 2014.

Cipriano is a Portuguese sports agent who is the managing partner of MC Striker, a football management company. One month prior to the payment, MC Striker transferred Danilo Dias to the Azerbaijani club Qarabağ FK.

The Baku-based club is financed by Azersun Holding, a company controlled by Abdolbari Goozal, whose corporate mogul brother Hassan is directly linked to President Aliyev's family. In 2013, the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ) reported that Hassan Goozal was the director of three offshore companies set up in the names of Aliyev’s daughters.
