Hewlett-Packard Europe BV received $1,435,518 from Hilux Services, LCM Alliance and Polux Services over the course of 2013 for equipment.

Hewlett-Packard is a US multinational information technology company that develops and produces hardware such as computers and printers, software and related services to businesses and large enterprises, including governmental sectors.

A representative of HP told OCCRP that the payments were made on behalf of several of their “channel partners” - which they define as third parties and resellers - for legitimate business. “While not common practice to receive payments from customers on behalf of the channel partner, it happens from time to time.”
