General Larrin Rivero graduated from the military academy in 1987 and has been deployed to several defense zones. General Rivero is the director and 50 percent shareholder of Ljrivher, a company that performs maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment.

The firm has been contracted by state-owned companies, including Hospital José María Vargas, one of the most important hospitals in Caracas.
